A response will be given anywhere between 1 to 5 business days. We review on a case-by-case basis but the return window for all customers is available 30 days following the date of purchase, after which returns will no longer be accepted on any of our products. All units are quality control checked and of course handmade meaning quality is the upmost priority for every customer.
